3. Automated Processing

We use rules-based and automated systems to analyze load data, carrier preferences, and workflow status. This processing is used to rank opportunities and generate decision-support signals. You can opt out of personalized recommendation features in your account settings where available.

  • Service providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (infrastructure), Brevo (transactional email), Telnyx (SMS), Direct Freight (approved load-board provider access), optional ELD/telematics providers you authorize such as Motive, Samsara, or Geotab, and hosting/analytics vendors needed to operate the platform.
  • Freight counterparties: When you request dispatch support, we may share the information needed to contact brokers, shippers, carriers, dispatchers, and other freight counterparties for that specific workflow.
  • Legal compliance: When required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and role-based access controls. However, no system is 100% secure.
