Usage data: Loads viewed, bids placed, plans accepted, features used.

Location data: Current location (carriers who opt in) for load chain matching.

Documents: Insurance certificates, W-9s, BOLs, and other uploaded documents.

Financial data: Payment information is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

Match loads with carriers using AI algorithms
Generate personalized Money Plans and rate predictions
Process payments and financial transactions
Send notifications about loads, bids, and account activity
Detect fraud and ensure platform safety
Aggregate anonymized data for market intelligence

3. AI and Data Processing

We use artificial intelligence to analyze load data, carrier behavior, and market conditions. This processing is automated and used to generate recommendations. You can opt out of personalized AI features in your account settings.

We share your information with:

Other users: Limited profile information is visible to facilitate freight connections. Contact information is only revealed through the contact unlock feature.
Service providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (infrastructure), Resend (email).
Legal compliance: When required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Load and transaction history is retained for 7 years for compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account and personal data.

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and role-based access controls. However, no system is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights
