By accessing or using LoadLadder ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
LoadLadder is a U.S.-focused freight technology and dispatch support platform that helps carriers find, evaluate, and act on freight opportunities. LoadLadder is not a motor carrier and does not take possession of freight. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, LoadLadder is not the broker of record, shipper of record, carrier of record, or freight forwarder for third-party loads.
Some load opportunities may come from approved third-party providers such as Direct Freight. Provider-sourced loads are sourced opportunities only. They are not LoadLadder-owned freight, may not be reposted as LoadLadder freight, and remain subject to the provider's access rules, source terms, broker requirements, and availability at the time of contact.
LoadLadder may provide dispatch support only inside the carrier's signed dispatch authorization, rules profile, rate limits, lane limits, equipment limits, and compliance requirements. Carrier preauthorization, broker factorability, packet status, and source terms must be satisfied before LoadLadder acts on a carrier's behalf.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Carriers must provide valid MC and DOT numbers where applicable.
LoadLadder uses rules-based ranking and automated systems to provide source-based rate guidance, load matching, route comparisons, and workflow signals. These are recommendations only and should not be relied upon as guaranteed outcomes. Platform suggestions do not constitute professional advice. Users should exercise their own judgment in all freight decisions.
If LoadLadder offers access to QuickPay, fuel advances, factoring, wallet, or other financial products, those products will be provided under separate disclosed terms and may require third-party eligibility, underwriting, and provider approval. LoadLadder is not a bank or financial institution. Stripe currently processes LoadLadder subscription billing; a subscription payment is not a carrier settlement or financing approval.
Free accounts have usage limits as described on our pricing page. Pro, Fleet, Business, Growth, Enterprise, and contracted branded deployments are billed as shown at checkout or in a signed order form. Unless a separate written dispatch agreement says otherwise, managed dispatch is billed as 5% of booked load revenue with a $150 minimum for 1-4 trucks, 4% for 5-9 trucks, and 3% for 10 or more trucks. Per-load dispatch and any future partner finance fee must be disclosed before acceptance. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Users may not: post fraudulent loads; misrepresent carrier authority or insurance status; use the platform for illegal purposes; attempt to circumvent payment systems; scrape or harvest data; or interfere with platform operations.
LoadLadder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LoadLadder is not liable for: disputes between shippers and carriers; freight loss or damage; delayed deliveries; inaccurate source data or automated recommendations; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Disputes between users should be resolved directly between the parties. LoadLadder may facilitate communication but is not an arbitrator. Disputes with LoadLadder shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
LoadLadder may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
