By accessing or using LoadLadder ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
LoadLadder is a technology platform that facilitates direct connections between freight shippers and carriers. LoadLadder is not a freight broker, motor carrier, or freight forwarder. LoadLadder does not take possession of freight, negotiate rates on behalf of users, or act as a party to any freight transportation contract.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Carriers must provide valid MC and DOT numbers where applicable.
LoadLadder uses artificial intelligence to provide rate suggestions, load matching, route optimization, and market predictions. These are recommendations only and should not be relied upon as guaranteed outcomes. AI suggestions do not constitute professional advice. Users should exercise their own judgment in all freight decisions.
QuickPay, fuel advances, and wallet services are provided through third-party payment processors. LoadLadder facilitates these transactions but is not a bank or financial institution. All payment processing is handled by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms of service.
Free accounts have usage limits as described on our pricing page. Pro and Enterprise subscriptions are billed monthly. QuickPay fees (2.5%) and fuel advance fees (3%) are deducted from transaction amounts. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Users may not: post fraudulent loads; misrepresent carrier authority or insurance status; use the platform for illegal purposes; attempt to circumvent payment systems; scrape or harvest data; or interfere with platform operations.
LoadLadder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LoadLadder is not liable for: disputes between shippers and carriers; freight loss or damage; delayed deliveries; inaccurate AI predictions; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Disputes between users should be resolved directly between the parties. LoadLadder may facilitate communication but is not an arbitrator. Disputes with LoadLadder shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
LoadLadder may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
