Dispatch Authorization

Preauthorized dispatch, written down.

This is the operating checklist for LoadLadder dispatching. The app can recommend, source, score, prepare work, and act only inside the carrier's signed dispatch rules.

Start authorization

Carrier checklist

Carrier remains the motor carrier and final booking authority through a signed rules profile.
LoadLadder may source, score, prepare communication, and act inside the carrier's preauthorized limits.
No freight is booked, accepted, or rate-confirmed outside carrier preauthorization.
Carrier must keep authority, insurance, W-9, safety, equipment, and operating preferences current.
Board-source terms, broker requirements, and packet requirements must be respected.
POD, lumper, detention, invoice, and settlement documents must be uploaded after delivery.

Controls

What must be true before dispatch acts

This page is not legal advice or a substitute for a signed services agreement. It is the public operating policy that matches the app guardrails.

Carrier preauthorization

Lane, equipment, rate, broker-contact, and booking limits must be captured before managed dispatch acts.

Source audit

Every sourced load carries board/source, original id, user, timestamp, and applicable source terms.

Compliance gate

Authority, insurance, broker factorability, packet status, and required setup docs must be reviewed.

Settlement handoff

POD, invoice packet, receipts, detention notes, and payment status move into finance after delivery.

Current commercial terms

LL-DISPATCH-AUTH-V4: 5% of booked load revenue with a $150 minimum for 1-4 trucks, 4% for 5-9 trucks, and 3% for 10 or more trucks.
